Indian Air Force Recruitment for Airmen

Indian Air Force is the air arm of the Indian armed forces. Its primary responsibility is to secure Indian airspace and to conduct aerial warfare during a conflict. It was officially established on 08/10/1932 as an auxiliary air force of the British Empire and the prefix Royal was added in 1945 in recognition of its services during World War II. After India achieved independence from the United Kingdom in 1947, the Royal Indian Air Force served the Dominion of India, with the prefix being dropped when India became a republic in 1950.

Indian Air Force invites applications from the eligible candidates for the post of  “ Airmen ”

Eligibility:
Diploma / 12th

Last Date:
13th July 2014.

Eligibility  Criteria :
Candidates who wish to apply for this post must have passed out 12th (Intermediate) level exam or equivalent qualification with 55% marks from any recognized Board.

Salary(in Rs.) :
Rs.8,550/-Per month

Mode of Selection :

Selection will be based on Physical Fitness Test will be Interview. Working knowledge of English is a must one.

How to Apply?

Aspirants after successfully submitting application  to take print out of the Application Form, paste his/her recent photograph, put his/her signature at the specified space, enclose photocopies of certificates with regard to educational qualifications, age, experience.
